This study aims to assess the longevity effectiveness of vaccination program to poultry chicken production in temperate and tropical climates. The data were plotted as time series. Graphical analysis of the time series plots were re-enforced by determining the trends of the mortality rates over time. For determining the trends, data transformations were used and subsequently inputted into a regression package. Fluctuations in the time series graphs provide indication on how efficient the vaccination programs of Brazil and USA. The slopes of the downward trend curves indicate the rate at which chicken mortality was prevented due to the vaccination protocols adopted by these two countries. The study concludes that vaccination/inoculation needs to be carefully planned and proper protocols established for the purpose of ensuring effectiveness and longer impact to the poultry industry. Incessant and haphazard implementation of vaccination protocols may lead to more serious problem to the industry particularly during outbreaks.
